Uniqlo x JW Anderson SS25 Collection Is A Next-Level Normcore
It’s timeless, it’s modern, and it’s wearable in the best possible way.
UNIQLO’s Spring/Summer 2025 collaboration with JW Anderson continues to prove why these two are a perfect match. The "Modern Preppy" collection feels like it was plucked straight from Anderson’s personal wardrobe, mixing his signature normcore style—think simple sweaters, blue jeans, and dad sneakers—with a sharp, relaxed edge.
The collection reimagines preppy staples like oxford shirts, denim jeans, and polos with a touch of modernity. While there are some playful items like striped tees and wide shorts, the majority of the pieces reflect Anderson’s minimalist approach to dressing: effortlessly chic yet never boring.
Accessories were the star of the collection with vibrant neckties, bold caps, and nautical-inspired bags that inject color and personality into the mix, giving the collection a fresh, energetic vibe. The thoughtful details, such as quick-drying pique shirts and UV-protected hats, elevate the collection further, showcasing UNIQLO’s commitment to both style and functionality.
JW Anderson x UNIQLO SS25 proves that simplicity, when done right, is everything. It’s timeless, it’s modern, and it’s wearable in the best possible way. Discover the lookbook ahead of the collection's January 10th launch in Japan.
